Six heavy duty seat rollers versus 4 on the R215. Sealed bearing seat rollers are larger than on the R215. Internal rail track protects the seat track from bumps and scratches which results in longer seat roller life. Rotating handgrips are easier on the hands. Sealed urethane is more hygienic and durable, instead of the cheaper vinyl.
